Effective October 1st there will be route updates to CEATS as follows:- There will no longer be an East Gibson run. Elmira-Corning via C-Tran can access Rt 352 and the Guthrie Hospital on demand. - Northside and Southside will be combined into one half hour run and will follow Buffalo St to Tops and NOT go down Onondaga St. It also will not go into South Corning unless on request. - Painted Post will no longer go into Coopers Plains past Robert Dann Dr on 415. This can be accessed via the Bath-Corning bus through Steuben County. - Corning Community College will run on the hour starting at 7:00am followed by the combined NS/SS run on the half hour concluded at 6:00pm. CEATS offers curbside pick-up service through its Route Deviation/Demand Response Service Program. If you are a person living within 3/4 of a mile of a bus route, you may qualify for curbside service. The fare for Route Deviation is double the regular fixed route fare.

Tokens may be used in place of the $1.00 fare.

No, pets are not allowed on the bus. Service animals are permitted.
Unlimited ridership on any fixed routes within the month for which the pass is valid.
Passes must be displayed each time you board and must remain in your possession for the entire trip. Pass' may be used by any member of you family.
CEATS is a flag stop system which means a passenger may board a bus at any safe place along a fixed route. When you see the bus you want, signal the driver by waving.
Look at the bus schedule to determine the time point of when the bus will be at the location near you. PM times are in bold.
On Request (OR) means that the bus will stop with no additional fare, but only through a pre-arranged request.
